  1. Hi, Bette, this is such a beautiful poem, so short and so sweet! I love it!

  4. Beautifully stated poem with a nice flow to it. I love it! You’re making me think about trying Haiku myself again.

  5. Isn’t it amazing how quickly it went from winter to full-throttle spring? The leaves popped out yesterday. Normally they wait another week, but everything is just BURSTING into life. Even the oaks are blooming. Happy mother’s day!!

    • It sure is amazing and it’s happening here too… In fact, it’s almost summery today and the greens and blossoms just won’t quit. YAY! Happy Mother’s Day to you, too. ❤

  6. Thanks for your uplifting thoughts!

  7. Beautiful writing Bette and do love the photograph you’ve paired with it.

  12. Lovely haiku, Bette! We have a slow moving tropical storm moving through – heat and humidity…

    • Thanks, Noelle. High humidity yesterday following a week of spring bliss. Much needed rain for the gardens today and new colors are popping out daily. Stay safe and well, my friend. Enjoy your week! 🙂

  13. Enchanting as spring. ❤

  14. Just perfect, Bette! 🙂
