we can find our faith
in being a small, but mindful part
of earth, sky & beyond’s grandeur .

How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains!

The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness.

I did not climb El Capitan ~d nelson

Keep close to Nature’s heart… and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the Universe.

      So glad you stopped by to enjoy David’s fabulous photos of Yosemite, Larry. Dan and I were there in the 1990s and had the opportunity to travel across the country by northern, southern and central routes.       Magical indeed, Noelle! We lived in CA from 1994-2001 and traveled the coast from San Diego to Canada. My early childhood was spent in San Jose and I have so many wonderful memories. America is a wonder from coast to coast. ❤ Our blessings abound! Have a beautiful week, my friend. xo

        A Californian friend of mine, who loves our ancient hills, told us of Yosemite, saying that while England has a beauty that is on a human scale, Yosemite is on the scale of Divinity. I can see that.
