You’ve certainly had your share of snow this winter! Thanks for stopping by my blog – my books are set in Maine, and I love all things Maine except the winters!

Hi, Noelle. It’s great to be connected and glad you stopped by for a chat with a New England gal. I envy you this time of year…winter down south sounds heavenly right about now. Read a prolog on your blog and your books sound downright interesting, especially knowing about the Maine settings. Be sure to keep me posted and let me know if you would be interested in a MEET THE AUTHOR feature on my blog. If so, email me as above. SUBJECT: MEET THE AUTHOR Interview. I’m delighted that we’ve connected. Have a great week, my new author friend! 🙂

Wonderful to meet you, too. And I will take you up on your offer later in March – I’m trying to spread out all the generous offers from my blogging sisters. We will be in Boothbay Harbor for a week in August – I have more research to do and hope to get a reading or two in some bookstores. We were in Maine last February – winter research – lucky we didn’t go THIS winter. I’m excited about our connection! Be prepared – I may pick your brain for information, too.

It’s just amazing what a day of sunshine does to perk us up. May your sunny ones be many, Michelle! ❤

Reblogged this on Teacher as Transformer and commented:
It has been a few years since I snowshoed, but it brings being outside during an Alberta winter to life. It does make for a perfect day.

A lot of black and white going on out there, but we were fortunate in getting less than a foot last time.

We ended up with about a foot and a half, with sunny blue skies the following day. It shows in the original pic, but I filtered this one for black & white effect. Been snowing all day again here in Central Maine. Temps around 20, so the white stuff is heavy this time. Ugh! Stay safe and warm, Barbara. Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

And a beautiful picture, too. How much snow did you get? We got almost three feet. A lot!!

The pic was taken the day after. And the award goes to… you! We only got about 18 inches in The Great Blizzard. But, it’s been snowing all here all day again. OH, SPRING, come quickly!

Hi, Mother Hen. Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit. I love Haiku and usually carry a small pad and pen with me when out for a walk. Nature inspires me. Haiku is a 5-7-5 syllables/in 3 lines. Often about nature, but doesn’t have to be. Generally, the last line is a surprise. Have fun with it and keep me posted on what you come up with! 🙂 Bette
