So gorgeous. I think you live in the garden of Eden. I’ve got my adoption papers all ready to sign lol.
You’re so funny, Micki… The ‘grass’ always looks greener and leaves so much brighter from afar. Plenty of nature to enjoy, but the place is a shopper’s nightmare. Me, I’ll take nature… Thanks for always making me smile. Hope you’re feeling better and that Kim is too. Hugs! โค
Every October, I remember why I love New England!
Me too… Let’s just hope that winter gives us a little break this year. Meanwhile, we’re living in Wonderland for a while. Enjoy! โค
Now that is an awesome photo!
Thanks, James. Autumn days like these are gifts to be treasured and I was fortunate to have been able to capture a glimpse of this one. Have an awesome week! ๐
The leaves have not changed color in Fredericksburg VA…still rather warm.
Hi, Mary. We lived in Ft. Belvoir, VA from 2001-2005. Enjoyed the mild winters but missed the New England autumn displays. Have a wonderful week! ๐
Thank you so much Bette, the same to you!
Thanks, Maria. So glad you could stop by for a visit. Enjoy a beautiful and blessed week! ๐
Nature’s colors are just spectacular, Bette, but Autumn comes to you much sooner than for us folks in NY. But I hear those acorns pinging on my deck, a sure sign that autumn is on its way. Stay warm!
Thanks for the visit, Lois. Stay warm and well and enjoy the season, my friend! ๐
Hi Bette, lovely picture and beautiful words!
Thank you, Lynz. Enjoy your week! ๐
You too!
Yes… we’ve also had a magnificent autumn after a fairly dreadful summer. I need to get out there and take some pics before the first big storm strips all the leaves. Thank you for sharing the beauty in your corner of the world.
Thanks for stopping by, Sarah. This glorious season of leaf peeping will leave our little corner of the world far too soon… But, thankfully, it will return. Have a wonderful week, my friend! ๐
Gorgeous photo, Bette. Our colors here aren’t as vivid yet, but they are getting more so each day. Have a wonderful week. Hugs.
Hi, Michelle. Thanks for the visit. We should be at peek by week’s end, so I’ll have to capture more of autumn’s attire. Enjoy your week, dear friend! โค
Such beautiful colors, Bette! Our leaves are falling without changing color! Two weeks of drenching rain will do that I guess!
The colors here are at peek today… I did get a few more pix before the rain and wind settled in for the afternoon. Sunshine tomorrow, it should be a delightful day. Rain or shine, enjoy yours to the fullest! Hugs, Bette
